A low-viz doublet centre insulator designed to use with our lightweight insulated wire and open wire line insulators. The item you will receive will be cut in clear acrylic - a material selected for its excellent RF insulation properties.

    I have bought two of these. One for inside use and the other for outside use. They appear to be a solid, lightweight construction and should do the job well for a lightweight portable or indoor antenna.

    Somewhat less sturdy than I had expected. In the end I copied a design from rad com. This is much sturdier. Happy to send photo if it helps.

    Very lightweight centre insulator, probably not intended for long term installation. I've got mine used to hold up the ladder line of my W3EDP antenna for portable operation.
