These heavy-duty insulators are light, strong and weather-resistant. Ribbed for superior insulation properties. They are a real alternative to the old ceramic types but using modern materials! They are most suitable for permanent antennas, guying systems or electric fences!
They are made from a specially selected mix of ABS and PC to give great strength coupled with good UV resistance and a wide temperature range (-50C to +90C).
Light-weight for their size, at just 28 g (1 oz.)
Insulator length 72mm (2.83 inches) measured from indent to edge, or 80 mm (3.14 inches) measured between outer edges. Diameter 40mm. Strain rating 100kg (220lbs).
