Hi Viz Antenna Cord

Manufactured just for SOTAbeams, this nylon cord has been designed to have a high visual signature. It's a fluorescent yellow and it's not easily missed. At 2.4mm (0.1 inches) it's thin and light with a breaking strain of 45kg (100 lbs) it's strong enough for most antenna jobs. Hard wearing and lightweight; it's just perfect for those occasions when you don't want people to fall over your antenna.

Supplied on a spool in a generous 50m (160ft) length, it's brilliant (literally!). Hi Viz Cord is also available on 200m reels.

To eliminate fraying, we recommend sealing the cut ends of the cord with a flame (lighted match) - careful!

    Plenty strong enough for rigging wire dipoles, fishing poles etc. The braided weave means that is doesn't tangle easily, and being high viz is no bad thing to minimise the trip / garrotting hazard!

    Great for guying telescopic poles. Prevents dog owners and others to trip over your installation. Be sure to burn all ends, they fray very easily.

    A light , strong cord less bulky than say paracord . Just the job when making guy lines for collars on my telescopic pole

    Just the thing for my portable inverted V linked dipole! No more tying hi-Viz pigtails onto guy lines! This stuff is great!

    A superb product. As long as the instructions are followed with regard to heating the end of the cord after cutting, 'fraying' does not occur.

    If you are operating in a public place, this is the way to avoid litigation! Highly visible in your antenna rig.

    Very high visibility, strong and lightweight. I bought 50m but wish I had bought the much longer roll. Great for portable use and keeping visitors out of harm!
