Canada Post strike 2024
Canada Post workers were on strike from 15th November 2024 until they were forced back to work on 17th December 2024.
Royal Mail (the national postal operator in the UK) has resumed services to Canada as of 30th December 2024, so all pending orders to Canada will be dispatched as soon as possible, and new orders for delivery through Canada Post can be placed through our website.
However, Canada Post might still be working on clearing the backlog of international mail. This means that:
- Some parcels sent before or during the strike might still be in a big warehouse somewhere waiting to be processed. If your order has not arrived yet, it is likely to just be delayed rather than lost. Apologies for this, and thank you for your continued patience.
- Delivery delays to Canada are likely to continue into at least Jan 2025.
Parcels to other countries are not affected.
