Lowpass Filter PCB Kit for WSPRlite and General Use
New compact PCB for better choice of enclosures and improved high frequency performance
Three options:
- Board kit only - use to mix and match filters using our band packs or your own components.
- Board kit plus band packs for 160m, 80m and 40m - perfect for use with the WSPRlite Flexi or Classic
- Board kit plus band packs for 20m, 15m and 10m - perfect for use with the WSPRlite Flexi
An automatic discount will be applied if ordering the 'board kit only' option plus any 3 band packs. The total cost will be the same as for the 'board kit plus band packs' options offered here.
The filters are selected using jumper links (supplied).
Board Kit includes PCB, 2 x jumpers, 2 x header pin arrays, 1 x SMA tail, 1 x SMA socket, 1 x cable tie.
PCB size 59 x 87 mm. Mounting holes M3.

Low pass filter 160, 80, 40
The low pass filter kit is an excellent product designed for an easy build, but delivering excellent performance. Would recommend this unreservedly.

Low pass filter kit
Took my time building this kit, as I wanted to ensure it worked first time which it did. The online instructions were excellent. Would highly recommend this kit.

A great time saver
A well thought out and functional kit of parts providing all the bits for the WSPRlite LPFs. I did check inductance of constructed toroids with a Peak LCR45 and most needed a turn or two of wire removed from suggested number to get value spot on. I doubt this would be a major issue however in affecting performance.

As with all the SOTABEAMS Kits this is the best in it's class, I would recomend it to anyone, very easy to build.

fun, easy build, great for those new to radio
The entire idea behind the SOTA product amateur radio range is that of elegant yet practical design lay out, effectiveness and low cost. Building the filters, even for an inexperienced person, was enjoyable and instructive. Using it with the wsprlite has been really easy and has contributed to a day to day understanding of local and international propagation patterns across hf.

the 3 band low pass filter
I use the filter for my WSPR lite flexi . Compared to the previous version the board is a bit smaller so it fits better in existing housings. It should be useful if a housing similar the box’s load would be offered or the SOTABEAMS housing could be offered. The kit is easy to assemble and works fine.

Great bit of kit.
Having a very interesting time sorting out and getting on the air. Because of age and "poor old fingers" have had to recruit some assistance from Steve M0HET in building the filters - Great guy - Will have another go at feed back in a couple of weeks Very best 73
