I'm over in the USA, and most of the time a pole attachment is something like a thin steel pipe fencepole or balcony rail. I didn't take a note of the velcro length before buying, which is my fault, but they are ludicrously large and basically useless for my purposes.

Got these to attack the bottom of my new Tactical Mini Mast to something substantial in the park. Well these straps do this job perfectly.

An essential item to secure a mast to something solid. Order with the portable mast and save yourself a future order. You will need this item!

Used for the first time to secure my sotapole to a fence on Studland Beach. Worked well. No issues.

These straps are very well made and lightweight. They are fully adjustable and ideal for quick and easy fixing for my sotabeam 10m pole.

I have tried using bungees to support antenna poles before, but this didn't work well as the poles could move diagonally. This doesn't happen with the velcro straps, a far better solution. Peter G0TLU

These straps are obviously a good quality and reliable product and very useful for all kinds of aerial related purposes when out and about /P, as well as at home. I have not had mine long and, as yet, have not used them (the weather has been awful!) but know they will provide the answer in all sorts of situations.

Velcro straps is fantastic when I need to fit faster my fishing rod antenna for outdoor activation.
